JOLTS are brief training activities that last anywhere from seconds to ten minutes. But a good facilitator may debrief the lessons learned for hours and hours if applicable. Jolts are also highly energising, fully immersive, often controversial, but never boring. In fact this description takes longer to read than it takes to experience a Jolt. And reading this description is so much more tedious, as well. 😁
So, join Jolt creator, Thiagi, and his partner in crime, Matthew Richter, for this 90 minute live online session where you will explore at least ten Jolts that you can then apply to your own training contexts.
You’ll learn how to facilitate Jolts, adapt them to your own programs, and debrief what people learned.
